HSF/Nissan Community College Transfer
Scholarship Program. The Nissan Community College Transfer Program,
co-sponsored with the Hispanic Scholarship Fund, was designed to encourage
and facilitate the transfer of Hispanic students from community colleges to
four-year institutions. It provides students in California and Texas with
scholarships for tuition, books, fees or other necessities to help eliminate
the barrier to higher education that exists among many in this population.
